SLQ stands for State Library of Queensland. There is a marriage for James Cranfield to Mary Smith in 1829 at Church of England Hoxham Newcastle in the NSW BDMs  -Births, Deaths, Marriages - www.bdm.nsw.gov.au You could apply for this certificate or a transcript - even though it is the wrong first name - it is the right year, the right surname and the right general area.
