I have been researching my family for about 12 years but have only researched one convict previously and he turned out to be unlikely as my ancestor (he came to VDL). I have not done any research on convicts in NSW or the other colonies and have just begun to seek my granddaughter's maternal ancestry. Any advice re possible websites, etc would be gratefully received . I'm au fait with the tools available for general research.
