Hi Thank you both Wendy and Les for your assistance, On the Certificate of Freedom for Jane Williams wife of George Currey I have noticed on the side is written Bathurst. Do you think she may have been confined to that district until this certificate was granted, or after marring a free man was she entitled to go where ever her husband travelled, or was Bathurst the place they just happened to live when the certificate of Freedom was given to Jane?
