Hi Marilyn Can you give me any more info on the Haley that you are chasing ?? as I have a Haley convict but his real name was Healey and he changed it to Haley before he got married, I have a lot of info on him which I would be happy to share with you. Lynette, thankyou for responding. I am actually looking into an Abigail Johnson/Johnston born probably around 1794 to Catherine Johnston on Norfolk Island. I found a marriage in BMD of Abigail Johnson to Daniel McLucas in 1808 but when I look for children of the marriage I find there are 2, Bridget in 1802 I think and Daniel in 1804, to Daniel and Abigail (Haley). So I'm not sure if Abigail Johnson or Abigail Haley married Daniel McLucas. I thought if I found a male convict by the name of Haley around that time then he might be the father. I can't find a death for an Abigail of either name.
