    3. Hi Gavin, There are several Thomas Howards in the colony but the below entry on the Colonial Secretary's Correspondence obviously refers to the one you are interested in. He may not be the same one who married Ann Williams. You can order copies of the documents on the State Records of NSW site or view them yourself if you live in Sydney. The petition for mitigation of sentence should be particularly interesting as it may give details of his personal affairs and family. HOWARD, Thomas.
