Does anyone have more information on Fred Arthur Atwood's Father and Uncles ? It seems his father was born Andrew Jackson Frank, and sometime during his teenage years he adopted the name of his Step-father, Albert Alvero Atwood.... as did his brothers. What happened to his father ? Wilhelm Frank. What was his relationship to Andrew and Katrina (Hubbard) Shipman ? Andrew (Frank) Atwood is living with Katrina in 1930 and is listed as her 'grandson'.
