Carl Smith of First Baptist Church, Center, officiating. Mrs. Atwood died June 2, 2008, in her residence. Born March 21, 1914, in Shelby County, she was the daughter of Early W. and Mossie Ione Adams Singletary. She was married to Frank David Atwood, and he preceded her in death. She and her husband had owned a flower shop and photography studio in Center. Survivors include a son, Terry D. Atwood of Little Rock, Ark.; three grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
