I have a connection to a granddaughter of this family, so I can make an inquiry. What was you grandfather's adopted name ? Who was his wife ? Can you give me dates ? birth, marriage, deaths Can you give me places ? where they lived, buried What more can you tell me about Fred and Susie Jordan ? You say that your grandfather thought he was born on one date and SSI informed him that it was a differant day. What was the birthdate that he thought was correct ? Have you requested his SSDI file ? It seems odd that they would correct his birthdate, so the file should explain any discrepancy.
