She was born January 21, 1944 in Santaquin, Utah to Lily Cook and Jean Horton. She married Ronald Atwood, May 3, 1962. They were later divorced. Together they had 3 daughters, Gaylynn (Stan) Silveria, Boise, Idaho; Ronda (Darin) Gardner, Cleveland, Utah; Valarie (Mark) Stephens, Magna, Utah. Also survived by: 7 grandchildren; her mother; 3 sisters and a brother. She was preceded in death by a brother and her father.
