    3. Essie "Bee-Bee" Atwood The Telegraph <www.macon.com> 28 October 2008 ROUND OAK - Essie "Bee-Bee" Atwood, 85, passed away Sunday, October 26, 2008 at a local hospital in Macon, Georgia. Graveside services will be 11 A.M., Thursday, October 30, 2008 in Cedar Ridge Cemetery in Gray, GA. The procession will leave from Hutchings Funeral Home at 10:15 A.M., Rev. Brandon Parker will officiate. Visitation with the family is at Hutchings Funeral Home, Wednesday, October 29, 2008 from 6:00 to 7:00 PM Mrs Atwood was born in Wrightsville, Georgia, December 18, 1922 to the parentage of the late, Lawson Waters, Sr., and Della Hightower Waters, and was preceded in death by five brothers and two sisters. She was the widow of James Charles Atwood. A homemaker, Mrs. Atwood was a devoted mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She is survived by her daughter, Zelma Atwood Redding; grandchildren, Dexter B. Redding, Karla Redding-Andrews (Timothy), Otis Redding, III and Demetria Redding; great grandchildren, Rev. Brandon Parker, Justin Andrews, Destiny Redding, Jarred Andrews and Bryant Bradley; several nieces, nephews and a host of other relatives and friends. The family requests that in lieu of flowers memorial donations are made to The Big "O" Youth Educational Dream Foundation, 339 Cotton Avenue, Macon, Georgia 31201. Hutchings Service. Essie Atwood
