Kermit Dean "K.D." Atwood <www.news-journal.com> 9 March 2008 Kermit Dean "K.D." Atwood, formerly from the Compton Community, passed from this world at 12: 23 a.m. March 7, 2008, after a brief illness. Mr. Atwood is survived by five children: three daughters, Linda Winn and husband, Henry of Longview, Darlene Daily and husband, Mike of New London and Deeana Graham and husband, Steven of Henderson; and two sons, Sam Bommarito of Kilgore and Lynn Atwood of Kilgore. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 11 great- grandchildren. At Mr. Atwood's request, he will be cremated, with no services. A memorial guestbook may be signed online at www.raderfh.com
