Shay Christopher Atwood Muskegon Chronicle www.mlive.com 21 Mar 2008 ATWOOD, MASTER SHAY CHRISTOPHER Grant, MI Shay Christopher Atwood, age 10, died Thursday, March 20, 2008 at The DeVos Children's Hospital in Grand Rapids following complications of a ATV accident. He was born Shay Christopher Atwood in Grand Rapids, the son of Pamela Jo (Mattingly) and John Henry Atwood on January 27, 1998. He was a Student at Grant Elementary School and was a member of Muskegon County 4H. He is also survived by sisters & brother Evangeline Atwood, Juan Atwood, Kayla Atwood, his grandparents William & Margaret Mattingly of McMillan, Ella & Ken Chritchlow of Peru, IN, William & Phyllis Atwood of Grant, great-grandma Verna Bolin of Connelton, IN, several aunts, uncles & cousins. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM from the Pierson Bible Church, on Tuesday, March 25, 2008 with Pastor Tom Sluys officiating. Interment will be in the Hillside Cemetery near Grant.
