He was born about 1897 in Washington, according to his marriage certificate. His parents were John Atwood and S. Browder, both possibly born in TN. Harry Verne Atwood married my great-grandfather's sister, Marjorie/Jacqueline Spencer, in 1924 in Los Angeles CA. They lived in Chicago for a few years afterwards, but may have returned to Los Angeles. I want to know what happened to Harry & Marjorie! I cannot find them on the 1930 census, and after about 1935 my great-grandfather's family did not hear from them. Did they die? Did they have children?
