*The Daily Breeze <www.dailybreeze.com> 15 May 2010 Juanita "Jennie" Atwood (1923-2010) Jennie went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, May 13, 2010. She was born in San Pedro, California on October 23, 1923. Jennie attended San Pedro High School and was in the summer Class of 1942. She married Harold Atwood on November 18, 1944. She is survived by her husband, Harold of 65 years; sons, Tim (Kathy) of Riverside and Randy (Kathleen) of Rancho Palos Verdes; grandchildren, Tracee, Christopher and Lindsay; great-grandchildren, Alex and Avery; sisters, Virginia Bustamante and Esther Cenatiempo; brothers, Robert and Erminio Munoz. She is preceded in death by her sisters, Margaret Munoz and Vera Parada; and granddaughter, Tamie Atwood. She was a wonderful wife, mother and grandmother who loved to travel and work in her garden.
