    3. Hi Kate, Our paths cross again! I do not have ATWOOD ancestry, however, my lady friend is an ATWOOD descendant. I am following her family lines as they so often mingle with my own. I have the ancestry, back to 1195, of a Stephen ATWOOD, supposedly (weak sourcing) born March 9, 1748/49 in Plympton. I don't show his spouse. I show his parents as Nathaniel ATWOOD Jr. & Abigail Shaw. Does any of this sound like it might be of interest to you? As the March 9 is pretty solid but the year is weak, it concievably could be correct one. I'm willing to send you whatever data I have. I have resources available here that might shed more light on this. I'll check them. It will take me a while. (Life is hectic - it's more hectic in the good weather! I'm not home much.) Do you have, or have access to, "Ye Atte Wode Annals"? That has a LOT of data. However, it is hard to follow. It is a collection of bits & pices of data & jumps around. Libraries in your area should have it. Higginson sells it for $16.50. (I have it.) Do you have, or have access to "The Mayflower Descendant"? Again, libraries in your area should have it. I have it on a "Broderbund / Family Tree Maker" CD. That is where you are most likely to find data of use to you with this family line.
