Brad: Thanks for this information. This is my James B. Atwood. In James' son's biographical sketch, he stated that his father had settled in Warren County. I have been researching this man for 25 years. He's as elusive as the wind. He would have settled this area after his first marriage (he divorced his first wife in 1822). I desperately need his wife's name so that I can determine which of two marriages in 1823 was his so that I can locate his second famiy. Also need his parents.
