Does anyone know if the Atwood Ancestral Home in Sanderstead is still there? My brother is going to London for a week in the summer & asked me if I wanted some photographs of anything pertaining to the family--tombstones, house, church, etc. I've roamed on line trying to find out if anything's still there or where it might be in relation to modern day London but I've had no luck. I thought it was in the suburb of Croydon but am unable to find any reference to the home. I found the village/town of Sanderstead but no references on line to any Atwoods. He won't have time to go on a wild goose chase. He needs to have an idea, within reason of where he's going. Any ideas would be most welcome. Gwen Brooks
