NC 2) Amanda Jackson (this is Frances Amanda ATWOOD), age 21, F W, b. Alabama 3) Leroy Jackson, age 1, M W, b. Mississippi p. 74, Dwelling/Family #512 1) Calvin Atwood (brother to Frances Amanda Atwood), age 24, M W, Farmer, $400, $200, b. Alabama 2) Joseph Atwood, age 73, M W, Farmer, b. Vermont 3) Mary Atwood, age 43, F W, b. Georgia These are my AL>MS Atwoods. They come from Vermont! Anyone have a Joseph who moved South, possibly to Georgia, then Alabama, then Mississippi? Any records in Kemper Co (cemetery, 1870 census, etc.) of Joseph and Mary Atwood? Calvin went to Neshoba Co, MS for a while. In addition to these two Atwood siblings, family information gives the name of another brother of Frances Amanda's and Calvin's as "Jim," but I have not verified this, nor have I been given any indication by other researchers that they know of him.
