Lucretia Clark Atwood. Found Nathan Atwood in the assessment rolls at the Placer Co Archives. in 1866: possessory title to `160 acres of land, twp #3 near Miller town (about 2 miles west of Auburn and North West of Ophir). Dwelling house, stables, partly enclosed. 2 wagons, 4 horses and harnesses, 1 cow, hogs, 1 dog. He shows up at least thru the 1878 and '79 assessment, but didn't have time to check further, which I will do next week. I'll also look for Clark.
