This one sounds interesting. The name Buel Atwood can't be too common. My gggfather had a brother by that name, but he died in CT in June of 1863, aged 70, so it doesn't sound like the same one. He did not have a son named Buel. In fact, I have a list of 13 children for him, only 3 of whom were male, and two of them died unmarried. The other, Henry, has no further information given in the list I have, so I suppose he could have had a son named Buel. Has anyone else seen Buel as a given name?
