Birth : 2 Jan 1841 (or 8 Sep 1841 according to Pearl Bastin Herring) Death : moved to TN bef 26 Jun 1855; married at age 14 Parents: Father: Bastin, William C. 'Billy' Mother: Dickerson, Sarah A. 'Sallie' The ATWELL connection is back a little ways. William C. Bastin's father was William B. Bastin. William B. Bastin had a brother named Thomas Bastin, Jr. Thomas Bastin Jr married Mary W. Atwell. Thomas Bastin Jr and Mary W. Atwell Bastin had a daughter named Martha B. 'Patsy' Bastin. Martha married Richard Atwell. Now, I know that Richard Atwell and Patsy Bastin were cousins. But, this is where the known connections stop. I don't know who Mary W. Atwell Bastin's parents were, nor do I know for sure who Richard Atwell's parents were either. Bastin, Martha B.
