The marriage index for DeSoto County shows Rhoda C. Wood. Children; Mary E Atwell, b-abt 1854 MS and Rhoda C b-abt 1855 MO. 2nd marriage to Esther Wilson in Ripley Co, MO in 1855. Children; Paulser M, b-abt 1856 MO; Sarah E, b-abt 1858 MO; Manson E., b-abt 1859 MO; Billy L, b-IL; Amanda. Would like to find parents of Samuel H. if possible. I have him in 1850 in DeSoto Co, MS in a household other than his father, I also have have the family for the 1850 census and 1880 census. I have not been able to locate him for the 1870 census.
