Samuel POSTLETHWAIT born 28 Feb 1756 probably in Washington Co., MD; died Apr 1826 Greene Co., PA; married to Ann ASHBY, she born 24 Sep 1764, daughter of William Wilton & Sarah (Williams) ASHBY of Frederick Co., MD., who were 1774 pioneers of Garrett Co., MD; Ann died after 1840, Wetzel Co., VA.
