She grew up and lived in Ripley County, Indiana, until she married and then lived the rest of her life in Cincinnati, Ohio, where I am also from (I moved to Palm City, Florida the Summer of 2006). I do not believe that the Joan Asche and our Ripley County, Indiana, Asche families are related (according to posts from members of both Asche families that I've seen).
