He immigrated with family to America in 1882. His father was Weert Schweer Driefholt. Driefholt name is quite uncommon. Will soon become extinct in America as last male Driefholt has no sons. Seems to also be uncommon in Germany. There are Drijfholts in the Netherlands who are probably related way back.
