My Grandparents were Sarah Perry Christian and Samuel Asbury. They never had much money, but they had a lot of love and caring in their family. I don't think that Grandpa played any musical instrument, but Grandma played the banjo and the zither. Her son, Ray, played the fiddle. Grandpa's brother, Albert Anderson Asbury, also played the fiddle, and they all enjoyed the music. Grandma, true to her name, was a good Christian. She belonged to the Pentecostal Church. They are both buried in the Evergreen Cemetery in Chester, Illinois. I still miss them. My Dad's Dad and Mother died before I was born, and I missed so much by not knowing them. They are both buried in Evansville, Randolph County, IL. Velda Moore
