Laura Vincent Laura Lackey Vincent, age 88, of Beebe, AR passed away Sunday, February 23, 1997. Preceding her in death was her husband, George Pleas Vincent. Interment in Beebe Cemetery. Clemmie Martin Clemmie (Barber) Hoover Martin, age 93, of Mena, AR died Saturday, February 8, 1997 in the St. Edwards Mercy Medical Center in Ft. Smith, AR. She was born November 24, 1903 in Polk County, AR, to the late Andrew Barber and Leda Foster Barber. She was united in marriage to Seaborn Hoover in 1902. He preceded her in death in 1925. She then married the late Jack Martin in July 1928 in Cherry Hill, AR. Interment in Pinecrest Memorial Park. Elton Walkup James "Elton" Walkup, age 87, of Havana, AR passed away Monday, February 17, 1997 at Chambers Memorial Hospital in Danville, AR. He was born in Havana, AR, December 14, 1909, son of the late H.B. and Annie Dunlap Walkup. Among his survivors is his wife, Anna McBride Walkup. Interment in Havana Cemetery.
