Dickie Laster Marion Logan "Dickie" Laster, age 68, died at his home in Alco, AR Monday, July 10, 2000. He was born in Gravelly, AR to the late Charley Laster and Neva Hunt Laster of Danville, AR. Among his survivors is his wife, Martha Ann Gaston Laster. Interment in Alco Cemetery, Alco, AR. Clyde Anderson, Jr. Clyde Bentley Anderson, Jr., age 73, of Jessieville, AR died July 29, 2000 at the Dardanelle Nursing Center, Dardanelle, AR. He was born May 20, 1927 in Belleville, AR, son of Clyde B., Sr. and Ester (Madden) Anderson. Service was July 31, 2000 at the Caruth Village Funeral Home Chapel. The body was cremated. Kerry Bowers Kerry Joe Bowers, age 44, of Jonesboro, AR died July 8, 2000 in Mtn. Home, AR in Lake Norfork, a victim of drowning. He was born November 13, 1957 in Aurora, IL to Barbara Dobbs. Among his survivors is his mother, Barbara Dobbs of Dardanelle, AR. Graveside service was held at Swifton. Marion Oswalt Marion Riley Oswalt, age 84, of Danville, AR died Thursday, July 27, 2000 at Booneville Community Hospital in Booneville, AR. He was born in Russellville, AR August 29, 1915 to the late John G. and Hettie Johnson Oswalt. Among his survivors is his wife of 62 years, Lenora Sims Oswalt. Interment in Rankin Cemetery, Russellville, AR; arrangements by Cornwell Funeral Home, Danville, AR. R.D. Dixon Raymond Daniel Dixon, age 56, died at his home in Morrisville, NC on July 8, 2000. He was born March 13, 1944 in Marrakech, French Morocco, North Africa, to Raymond and Georgette Dixon. He came to Havana, AR at age two. He also lived in Tulsa, Saginaw, TX, Catoosa and Coweta in Oklahoma. Among his survivors are his parents. At his request, the body was cremated. Gary McLain Gary Dale McLain, age 58, of Lake Dallas, TX, passed away Saturday, July 29, 2000 at his home in Lake Dallas, TX. He was born in Amarillo, TX, September 17, 1941, son of the late Edwin and Madge Johnston McLain. Among his survivors is his wife, Carolyn Rook McLain. Eunice Goodier Eunice (Sorrells) Goodier, age 89, of Atkins, AR died Monday, July 24, 2000 at St. Mary's Regional Medical Center in Russellville, AR. She was preceded in death by her husband, Gerald Goodier, who owned and operated Goodier Hardware in Dardanelle, AR.
