Does anyone know of a town named SHARKS or SHARKEY. Does it still exist? My husbands grandmother was supposed to have been born there July 12, 1890. Her name was KATIE HENSON, I believe her fathers name was JOSH or JOHN HENSON, do not know her mothers name. Are there birth records for Yell county as far back as 1890, or marriage records maybe. Leslie, There is a Shark, AR on Rte 80 between Chalybeate Springs and Macedonia... a little west of Danville, AR. Hope this helps.
