His SSI was issued in MO, prior to 1951. I believe him to have been the son of an Odell Talley, who was born in TN, and living in Carthage, Jasper Co., MO in the 1910 census. IF he is the one, then he was the grandson of Edward F. Talley, originally of TN and living in Carthage, MO from at least 1910 to his death in 1938. Barbra Jean: Ray1693@aol.com
