Phouvong Chanthasalo Phouvong "John" Chanthasalo, age 17, of Danville, AR died Wednesday, July 16 at Arkansas Children's Hospital in Little Rock, AR. He was born January 6, 1980 in Thailand. Among his survivors are his parents, Khoune Chanthasalo of Danville and Soumoutha Vongsenchang Pugh of New Orleans, LA. Hospital in Little Rock, AR. He was born in Riley, AR August 20, 1919, son of the late William "Lum" Columbus and Ola Gibbs Adair. He was preceded in death by his wife, Olline Goodwin Adair.
