She was born February 18, 1927 in Atkins, AR to the late Richard and Erma Benny Howard Holloway. Among her survivors is her husband, Dearl V. Daniels. Interment in Bells Chapel Cemetery. Herman Hemmitt Jr. Herman Hemmitt, Jr., age 79, a resident of Russellville, AR died Sunday, June 18, 2000 at St. Mary's Regional Medical Center at Russellville, AR. He was born on January 4, 1921 at Dardanelle, AR to Herman Sr., and Ora (Roland) Hemmitt. Interment in Nebo Cemetery; arrangements by Humphrey Funeral Service. Maurine Ryan Maurine (Hughes) Ryan, age 97, of Blue Mountain, AR died June 11, 2000 in a Booneville Nursing Home. She was born August 12, 1902 at Blue Mountain, AR to W.T. and Laura Walls Hughes. She married Rube Ryan in 1921 and he preceded her in death in 1981. A memorial service to celebrate her life and homegoing was held June 14, 2000 at the First Baptist Church of Magazine, AR where she was a long-time member. Floyd Cook Floyd Cook, age 83, of Russellville, AR died Thursday, June 22, 2000 at his home. He was born December 22, 1916 at Mt. George to the late Virgil and Addie Gandy Cook. Among his survivors is his wife, Vida Masters Cook. Interment in Mt. George Cemetery; arrangements by Cornwell Funeral Home of Dardanelle, AR. Eulene Murphy Eulene (West) Murphy, age 80 of Danville, AR, widow of Robert Murphy, Sr., died Thursday, June 22, 2000 at Mitchell's Nursing Home in Danville, AR. She was born August 11, 1919 in Steve, Yell County, Arkansas to the late James H. and Ernie Harberger West. Interment in Nooner Cemetery; arrangements by Cornwell Funeral Home, Danville, AR. Cecil Adams Cecil H. Adams, age 87, of Star City, AR died Thursday, May 25, 2000 at Beverly Healthcare at Star City. He was born July 24, 1912 in Lamar County, Texas, a son of the late John Henry and Bessie Goodson Adams. He lived at Gravelly for many years. Among his survivors is his wife, Geneva Billingsley Adams of Star City. Interment in Holly Springs Cemetery at Little Garnett; arrangements by Griffin Funeral Service in Star City. Vester Avery Vester Lee Avery lost his long battle with cancer June 19, 2000 at his home in Midwest City, OK. He was born September 22, 1938 at Shark, a community up Highway 80. He was preceded in death by his parents, Herbert and Agnes Wilson Avery. Among his survivors is his wife, Dorothy Scott Avery. His final resting place is in Oklahoma beside his beloved daughter, Sandy.
