She was born on April 8, 1930 in Yell County to the late Monroe and Ethel Mae Vaughn Swinford. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ernest Lee. The body was cremated; arrangements by Cornwell Funeral Home, Danville, AR. Nola Chism Nola Ann (Horn) Chism died June 27, 2000 at her residence in the Longview and Hallsville area. Her husband, Bill, and her mother, Marie Horn, are among her survivors. Her father, Nolan Horn preceded her in death. Interment in LaGrone Chapel Cemetery. Robert Level Robert Loyd Level, age 73, of El Paso, AR, formerly of Danville, AR died Sunday, July 9, 2000 at Dardanelle, AR. He was born December 18, 1926 at Danville, a son of the late David and Sally Wilson Level. Interment in Shark Cemetery near Danville; arrangements by Cornwell Funeral Service. Wayne Cox Walter Wayne Cox, age 73 of Independence, MO passed away Sunday, July 9, 2000 at Independence Health Care Center. He was born January 2, 1927 in Kansas City, MO. Among his survivors is his wife, Ena E. Cox of the home. Interment in Mt. Washington Cemetery. Betty Jacobs Betty June (Mitchell) Jacobs, age 67, of Houston, passed away on Saturday, July 8, 2000 at Columbia Spring Branch Medical Center. She was born in Havana, AR on June 17, 1933 to the late Robert Donald and Vera Ellen Swilling Mitchell. Her husband, Tuner Wasson Jacobs, also preceded her in death. Interment in Memorial Oaks Cemetery; arrangements by Memorial Oaks Funeral Home at Eldridge.
