Posted on: Yell Co. Ar Queries Board URL: http://cgi.rootsweb.com/~genbbs/genbbs.cgi/USA/Ar/Yell?read=313 Surname: Pullens, Jones, James, Hale, Hutchinsons, Johnsons ------------------------- I am looking for info on my grandmother's grandparents, Dr. Jim Pullen and wife Eva. Dr. Pullen born 1858 owned a drug store in Yell County. They were from Ola. They had six daughters: Myrtle Mae(my great grandmother); Ollie; Nita; Bessie; Marjory; and Vera who died young. Eva J. Pullen (maiden name unknown, born in Pennsylvania about 1864) owned a boarding house. They were apparently well to do and gave all their daughters organ and piano lessons and they were taught to do fine sewing. Dr. & Mrs. Pullen are buried in Sandlin Cemetery. He died in 1910 and she in 1916. Any information would be very appreciated.
