Dear friends. I have received some information about my family from a very questionable source, and I am wondering if anybody knows anything about these people. These families allegedly lived in or near Dardanelle, or in Yell County, or Logan County, or any-other-nearby county. I can't swear to any place, except this area of Arkansas. (1) Mrs. Dorothy G. MOBLEY, formerly Dorothy G. HARRISON, died September 12, 1867. (2) Mrs. Martha (I or J) GLASS (or BLASS) died November 3, 1875. These two ladies were allegedly the daughters of Anthenia (Authanico) HANCOCK and Joseph Harrison, who were married on November 4, 1807, in Brunswick County, Virginia. Please note the word "allegedly." The only thing I can verify is the marriage of Anthenia (Authanico) Hancock and Joseph Harrison. Any information will be gratefully accepted.
