She was born on April 2, 1919 at Bluffton, AR to the late Theodore and Selma (Killian) Armstrong. She married Verlon E. on July 23, 1939, at Bluffton, AR. Among her survivors is her husband, Verlon Potter of Ola. Interment in Mt. Zion Cemetery at Briggsville. Joe Storment Joe T. Storment, age 85, of Plainview, AR, died Saturday, November 15, 1997 at Mitchell's Nursing Home in Danville. He was the son of the late Oscar and Laura Coker Storment. Among his survivors is his wife of many years, Bonnie Ladd Storment. Interment in Sunlight Cemetery near Plainview; arrangements by Cornwell Funeral Home of Danville, AR. Ora Godbey Ora (Gamble) Godbey, age 94, of Atkins, AR, died Saturday, November 29, 1997 at St. Mary's Hospital in Russellville, AR. She was born in Pope County, the daughter of the late John H. and Lettie Ashley Gamble. She was preceded in death by her husband, Wyle Godbey, Sr.. Interment in Atkins City Cemetery. Carroll Duvall Carroll Lawrence Duvall, age 58, of Atkins, AR, died Saturday, November 29, 1997. He was born March 24, 1939 in Atkins, AR, a son of Alta Ruth Duvall and the late Foster Duvall. Interment in Shiloh Cemetery. Raydus James Raydus R. James, age 81, of Havana, AR died Wednesday, November 24, 1997 at Booneville Community Hospital. He was born March 28, 1916 in Waveland, AR to the late Arthur and Ovelene Catlett James. Among his survivors is his wife, Virginia Williams James. Interment in Moore's Chapel Cemetery; arrangements by Cornwell Funeral Home of Danville, AR. Charles Lawyer Charles Lloyd "Happy" Lawyer, age 83, of Ola, AR died Thursday, November 27, 1997 at his home. He was born in St. Louis, MO July 28, 1914, son of the late James. L. and Mary Shryock Lawyer. He was preceded in death by his wives, Dorothy Amster Lawyer and Marie Lawyer. His body will be cremated; arrangements by Cornwell Funeral Home of Danville, AR.
