It was announced today that Rootsweb has merged with Ancestry. You can read about this at http://www.rootsweb.com/rootsweb/merge.html I ask that you do not use the list to discuss this .I thought you needed to hear it from the listowner. I trust Rootsweb to keep their word that nothing will change and that doing genealogy will remain free .
