I am looking for family of Bert and Carrie (Vinson) Simms. They are listed in the 1910 Census of Yell County. In 1900, they were in Sebastian County. Carrie is the sister of Eugene Vinson who married Laura Sybil Miller. I am trying to figure out who Carrie and Eugene's parents are.
