Nellia Ward married Noah Sinclair about 1901 in Yell County. She was about 17 and Noah was about 19. I understand they were under age and their parents had to give their consent. I know the the names of Noahs Parents but not those of Nellia. If anyone has any information or ideas to help me with this family research please let me know. Thanks, Pat
