STURGEON - grandma Minnie Jane Sturgeon b Yell Co AR 1896 m Monroe Mays; d/o George Washington Sturgeon b 1870/1873? Ozark, AR m Emma Louise Fish b 1866 TN?. George and Emma had 2 children Minnie Jane Sturgeon and George Washington Sturgeon Jr b 4-15-1898 Wittich, Sebastian Co AR. He left Emma around 1900 and ran off with his pg. stepdaughter Laura Pruett and they wound up around Dardinelle and had 9 children. PRUETT - Emma Louise Fish 1st husband was a James Pruett (Pruitt?) - they had 3 children William Frank b 7-16-1883; Laura b 9-1885; and Ethel b 8-1889.
