He was born April 10, 1910 at Dutch Creek, a son of the late Lee and Elizabeth Campbell Havner. His survivors include his wife, Jean McIlveene Havner. He was born November 19, 1918 in a small community called Stafford, AR (now Spring Lake) a son of Barney and Virginia (Pence) Bice. His is survived by his wife of 56 years, Velma (McLaughlin) Bice. Interment in Jefferson Barrack National Cemetery with full Military Honors. Billie Owens Billie Kaiser (Benefield) Owens, age 81, a resident of Russellville, AR died Wednesday, February 21, 2001 at Dardanelle Hospital at Dardanelle, AR. She was born on November 16, 1919 at Ola, AR to Hardy and Nettie Benefield. She was the widow of Edward Earl Owens and her first husband, Robert Kaiser. Interment in Mt.
