Crowe, age 88, died Wednesday, April 18, at the Rosewood Care Center in Alton, IL. She was born November 5, 1912 in Dardanelle, AR, daughter of the late James Henry and Mary Frenchie Marler Crow (Crowe?). John Cook John Edward Cook, age 75, of Hot Springs, AR, died Saturday, April 21, 2001 at a local hospital. He was born July 7, 1925 in Little Rock, AR, the youngest child of Thomas and Effie Welch Cook. He was the beloved husband of Alice Paddock Cook of the home. They have lived in Hot Springs since their marriage on December 26, 1986. He was formerly married to Marie Denton for 30 years before her untimely death in 1985. Committal will be at the St. Luke's Episcopal Church columbarium in Hot Springs; arrangements by Gross Funeral Home of Hot Springs, AR.
