She was the granddaughter of the late H.D. and Nannie Jackson of Waveland and Havana and had lived in Tulsa since the death of her parents. Robert Carter Robert William Carter was born April 30, 1916 at Ola, AR, the son of Jess Decater and Pearl (Pratt) Carter.
