Neal in Yell County in 1869. In 1870 Ouachita County, AR census she was listed as Lucinda Neal, widowed with one newborn daughter, Caroline. In the Polk County, AR 1880 census she is listed as Lucinda Price, living near her brother, Samuel Weatherford, with children, Caroline Neal, Dora, and Sterling Price in the household of John Gilham. She may have married Jesse Price in Yell County in 1873. Would appreciate any information on Lucinda and/or her family and with be happy to share and compare what info I have. Thanks, Nina
