I do know that there were four children. Their names are: WILLIAM WILEY SPEARS (WILL) born March 6, 1882, ADDIE SPEARS, IDE or IDA SPEARS, and ELBERT HARRISON (E.H.) SPEARS born March 22, 1890. I do not know the birth dates of the two girls, and I am not sure of Nick's wife's name. Some family members have told me that her name was Annie Lynch, however, Elbert's death certificate has his Mother's name listed as Linda (Maiden name unknown). I have also been told that they were from YELL COUNTY, and I have been told that there is still family living in Dardanelle. I understand that he is a Grandson of William's, by the name of Jessie Spears. William and Elbert moved to Haskell County, Oklahoma. William married Mary (Calhoun) Reynolds in Hoyt, Oklahoma on May 21, 1911 and Elbert married Mrs. Jimmie Mykle in Stigler, Oklahoma on July 14, 1914. William and Mary are deceased and both are buried in the Palestine Cemetery in Pittsburg County, Oklahoma. Elbert passed away November 1, 1954 and is buried in Sayre, Oklahoma. I understand that Nick also had a brother by the name of GEORGE SPEARS. I am trying to do a Family Tree for my Children and Grandchildren, and I seem to have hit a brick wall.
