George married Ruby Idell Thomas on Dec 27, 1932 and they had 13 children. Jesse and Melvina had 7 children: Jane, Thomas, Sarah C.,Caladonia, Jesse F, David, John. Jesse, according to tales passed down through the family, was shot and killed going after an outlaw. Jesse was acting as a marshall.
