Quite a few Thorntons lived around the Tupelo area and I have been trying to find information on George Leon Thornton and brother, F.M.(Roan or Merinie) Thronton. They married sisters Sally and Lillie Brazealle. George and Lillie had daughters Annie and Bessie. Do you have any Thorntons in your records particularly these two men. They had several brothers and sisters. I have some information but have run into a brick wall with these two. Some of them were in Jackson Co and some I think in Woodruff. Thanks.
