Gary, My Grandfather, Victor Wiggins Stephenson was a half brother to James (Jim) Garrett who served as the sheriff of Woodruff County. Victor's and Jim's Mother was Margaret Lucinda Carricker Garrett Stephenson and Victor's Father was Samuel Charles Stephenson and Jim Garrett's Father was Lewis Garrett.
