George and Julia were born in GA, but had migrated to AR (Searcy Co area??). They were en route to GA , but died in Augusta, AR in 1879. The circumstances of their death is unknown as to accident or illness, etc. They are supposed to be buried in the Augusta area, but I have as yet been unsuccessful in locating their graves or any other information concerning their deaths. They left 3 children: John b. ca. 1873. Lou b. ca. 1875 and Effie Lela b. 1877 who may have been taken in and raised with local families. Any information appreciated. Jan Beattie
