I'm looking for William C Phillips b abt 1853 and died in White County sometime after 1894. That was when he married his 2nd wife Martha Wallace. Martha was 23 years younger so she probably outlived him by many years or remarried. Where could one get a copy of this index. I have a lot of people I would like to look up and would hate to bother you with it. Gene
